Thank you for shopping with Kayleigh Starr. Every piece here is made in small batches or to order, so returns work a little differently depending on what you bought.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom calligraphy and any personalized item is created specifically for you, so it is final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once work has begun. Please double-check names, spelling, dates, and wording before confirming your order. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Digital products
Brush sets, worksheets, digital calligraphy files, and any other downloadable product are non-refundable once delivered, since they cannot be returned.
Physical products
3D prints, paper goods, art prints, and any other ready-made item (including apparel, if offered) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have any tags still attached. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email first. Once your return is approved we will send instructions on where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours with photos if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can sort it out right away.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, digital products, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and you will need proof of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, digital content, or other goods exempt under applicable EU law.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
