Do you accept custom commissions?

Not usually! I unfortunately don't have time for custom paintings or 3D designs right now. For custom calligraphy, have a look at the custom pieces in the Calligraphy section of the shop. For larger calligraphy projects, such as weddings, please reach out through the contact form.

Is everything made by you?

Yes. Every order is hand-lettered, printed, cut, and packed by me, and nothing is drop-shipped. Some of my 3D prints use designs by other creators, which I'm licensed to print and sell; each of those listings names the designer.

Do you sell original paintings or art prints?

Not yet, but they're coming very soon! Join my email list at the bottom of any page to hear about them first.

What materials do you use?

Calligraphy pieces are hand-lettered with a traditional pointed pen on thick mixed media paper. 3D prints are made from PLA, a plant-based plastic, on a Bambu Lab H2C printer. My paintings are typically oil on canvas or panel. The materials for each piece are listed on its product page.

How do digital downloads work?

Brush sets, worksheets, and other ready-made digital files are emailed to you right after checkout with a link to download them. The brush set works in Procreate on iPad.

Custom digital calligraphy is made just for you and emailed as a high-resolution file within 1–2 weeks, to the email address you use at checkout. If you don't see an email from me, please check your spam folder, then reach out through the contact form.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom digital calligraphy is delivered within 1–2 weeks. Hand-lettered pieces on paper are made to order, so please allow a little extra time before they ship. If your order is going to take longer than expected, I'll let you know by email.

How long does shipping take?

Ready-made orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. For now I ship physical orders within the USA only, and international shipping is coming soon! Digital products can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere.

What is your return policy?

Ready-made physical items, like 3D prints and paper goods, can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Please email me first to start a return. Custom and personalized pieces, digital products, and sale items are final sale.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I'll make it right. See the Refund Policy for full details.

How should I care for my piece?

Calligraphy: keep it away from moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight, and frame it with acid-free materials, ideally behind UV-protective glass.

3D prints: PLA softens with heat, so keep prints out of hot cars and away from radiators, candles, and long periods of direct sun. Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
